Business Finance Role - CA

Job Description :

- The candidate will be part of the Business Finance Business Development team working closely with Business Development Function/COO/CFO.

- The candidate will report into the Head of Business Finance

Role Description :

- Should have knowledge on preparation of financial models and feasibility analysis

- Should have done work on marginal costing and differential analysis

- Should be well versed with concepts of payback, IRR, discounted cash flows

- Should be proficient in creating and managing databases

- Regular tracking of capex spent on refurbishment and new stores

- Should have a good understanding about return on Investment

- Should be well versed with Benchmarking relevant KPIs for capital investment

- Good Communication Skills

- Excellent excel and PPT skills

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

- Good Understanding of accounting and finance principles

- Experience on working with financial models

- Real Estate/Retail can be a target sector

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- High degree of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to work well in high pressure situations to meet deadlines

Qualification : CA

Experience :

- 3+ years post qualification

- Strong in communication & Interpersonal skills

- Excellent in PPT & Excel

- Should have done financial modelling, ROI, IRR, capital investment and Power BI (any other analytical tool)
