Business Finance Role - CA

- Driven Business Finance Manager who will lead the company's Finance & Accounting function

- Develop and monitor financial strategies, policies, and procedures

- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements

- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes. Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control

- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis of data to support strategic decision-making

- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support.

- Ensuring monthly book closure and preparing MIS and business dashboards

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience

- Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred

- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel

- Experience in Gofrugal and Zoho (ERPs) preferred

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

- Knowledge of preparing MIS & Financial Statements
