Business Finance Partner - eCommerce - CA/IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

- Lead the category finance and copilot in delivering business results.

- Help the business in decision support through data analysis and business insight.

- Responsible for Financial metrics, reporting, forecasting and analysis.

- Would be an active member of the leadership team.

- Own the P&L and co-own the goals for the category including preparing of AOP and rolling forecasts.

- Facilitate the business review with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period of time.

- Evaluate all pricing and marketing proposals

- Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives.

Desired Profile:

- CA / MBA from tier 1 MBA colleges

- Prefer candidates from FMCG, Retail, eCommerce

- Should have been in a business partnering role for the last 2 yrs atleast.
