Business Finance/MIS Role - Real Estate - CA

Education Requirement:

Qualified CA

- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience (in MIS)

- Worked in mid corporate - Hands on Experience

- Good in Excel and PPT

Experience Requirement:

- Extremely strong fundamentals in MIS reportings

- Excellent multi-tasking skills

- Presentation skills

- Good written & oral communication skills

- Good in Excel - MIS

Broad KRA :

- Prepare Monthly Management reporting (Monthly financial trackers) with ratio analysis for submission & strategic decision making for top management.

- Ensure tallying of Management reporting Trackers with Financial reporting on monthly basis

- Prepare Business wise profitability for all Business

- Assist in preparation of Annual Operating Plan of the company

- Assist in preparation of Long Range Business Plan of the company

- Continuous engagement with all business teams

- Preparing and maintaining regular MIS reports for senior management

- Analyzing costs, revenues, trends, financial commitments and obligations and developing forward-looking predictive models to provide insights

- Ensuring confidentiality of financial data and proprietary information

Checklist:

- Daily cash flow.

- Weekly review meeting on MIS and other details with Group FC

- Monthly MIS analyses report in agreed format.

- Daily closure call with Advisor to Board.

- Any flags to raised on daily call.

- Analyses on Ratios
