General Information Role - Business Finance Geography - Mumbai Work area: Finance Employment type: Regular Full Time Reporting into Business with dotted line reporting into Finance Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Closely work with BU Head in all analytic and strategic initiatives across the department. The strategic initiatives could include Inorganic / Organic growth opportunities, evaluation / creation of business models - Provide support in analyzing various aspects of business viz, revenues, costs and projects etc by developing fact-based, data-driven measurements of business performance in collaboration with management. - Evaluating processes, projects, data and systems using a systematic, disciplined and data-driven approach - Creating informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting & dashboards that highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with functional management teams and key business stakeholders to design, develop metrics that enable success. - Handle team's monthly scheduled reports which includes pulling data, organizing reports and writing up analysis - Work on weekly ad hoc requests to support multiple projects within the business unit - Attend and participate in team meetings and stakeholder meetings - Prepare relevant information and reports for periodic reviews - Linking Project KPI vs Revenue KPI vs Operation (outcome) KPI - BU wise / Project wise / Customer-wise profitability analysis with respect to Budgets. - Finance analysis - Project modeling, Bench hiring and resource allocation etc. - Operation analysis - Manpower analysis - Efficiency and effectiveness, Utilization of all resources. - Coordination with various support function to ensure timely completion of the project. - Purpose - A Bridge between Business and Finance Job Requirements: - CA or Management degree in Finance - 3 (+) years in business process analysis, business analysis, management consulting and/or change management - Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to rapidly changing business environment - Proactive problem solving and self-starting individual - Must be flexible - Analytical with the ability to think strategically - Able to prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to communicate effectively - High level of interest in the process of transforming data into actionable insights - Strong computer skills, specifically with excel and power point
