Reporting - Senior Manager Finance & Business Head

Job Location - Mumbai

Qualifications :

1) CA / MBA with relevant years experience with a manufacturing industry background, preferably from FMCG / Consumer Goods Industry

Profile :

The Business Finance Manager is the guardian of the finance and stock related processes and policies for the business.

1) Assisting the business head in building the strategy, preparing the operating plan for the business at brand level and driving the same.

2) Tracking the trade schemes which are flowing into SAP for trade partners.

3) Tracking the profitability of each brand, by channel, SKU & region and publishing the same to all the stakeholders on a periodic basis.

4) Keep a tab on all Raw Material & Packing Material prices and evaluating cost savings possible to improve profitability of the business.

5) Providing periodic rolling forecast for the business and reasons for variances.

6) Periodic Gross contribution, Net Contribution and operating margins walks from plan and forecast to Actual.

7) Highlighting and taking correction to minimize the risk to business with respect to debtors and C Forms.

8) Tracking the profitability of each brand by channel and region at gross contribution and net contribution level and take corrective action if the results are not as per plan.

9) Providing insights into competition financials and market information to business head.

10) Driving the on-boarding of customers into channel financing, and over viewing the process.

11) Driving automation in business processes and increasing the effectiveness of the finance function. Keeping track of the advertising spends and evaluating effectiveness of the advertising spends.

12) Working Experience on SAP and ability to go deeper into configuration

13) Excellent in MS Office, particularly Excel & PPT

14) Good Communication and presentation skills

15) Ability to multi-task and good analytical skills
