CA(Business Finance Manager)-Startup experience

Job Role: CA(Business Finance Manager)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Business Finance Manager for micro-irrigation industry.

- Manage the company finances, create MIS and other monthly reports.

- Provide the insights on financial performance region wise, product wise.

- Create financial projections.

- Manage expenditure and plan to reduce it.

- Create plan to reduce working capital.

- Create invoicing, billing structure, process for distributor and B2B companies.

- Monitor the financial activities and make sure that it adheres to law.

- Work with controllers to carry out monthly regulatory filings, and audit if all the process are followed.

- Work with auditor to carry out annual audit and due diligence if any.

Qualifications:

- CA with 7-10 years of experience, at least one experience with Series A/B startups is preferred.

- Have worked on e-commerce and distributor models.

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

- Leadership experience, with the ability to work independently.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
