Job Summary:.

We are looking for a proactive Manager Business Finance to support business units with financial. insights and strategic guidance.

- This role focuses on revenue and cost analysis, cash flow management, and optimizing financial performance.

- The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial acumen, experience in cash flow and treasury management, and an ability to collaborate across departments to drive performance improvements and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:.

Business Partnership and Strategic Support:.

- Collaborate with business unit leaders to align financial strategies with business objectives.

- Provide financial insights and support for pricing, product launches, and growth initiatives.

- Guide business leaders on financial risks and opportunities for new initiatives.

Revenue and Cost Analysis:.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue streams and product lines to optimize profitability.

- Monitor and report on key cost drivers, recommending strategies for cost savings.

- Benchmark costs against industry standards to drive continuous improvement.

Cash Flow and Treasury Management:.

- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with treasury to optimize working capital and cash conversion cycles.

- Work closely with the finance team to manage banking relationships, debt, and credit facilities.

- Forecast cash requirements, supporting treasury in investment decisions for surplus funds.

Financial Modeling and Forecasting:

- Develop financial models for operational and strategic planning, including scenario analysis.

- Continuously update forecasts to reflect changes in business and market conditions.

- Improve forecast accuracy by incorporating trends, historical data, and relevant assumptions.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track and analyze KPIs to provide actionable insights on business performance.

- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports with key findings and recommended actions.

- Support teams in understanding the financial impact of their performance metrics.

Competitive Analysis and Market Research.

- Conduct market research to inform business strategy and financial planning.

- Use competitive insights to strengthen financial positioning and optimize revenue strategies.
