Job Description:

Participate in due diligence engagements related to transactions involving private equity and strategic corporate investors. Analyse the financial and operational results of target companies by reviewing accounting records and participating in or leading interviews with management.

Excellent written and spoken English with a focus on analysing and presenting complex themes and subjects; - Excellent research and investigative skills; - Efficient time management skills with ability to work to tight deadlines;

- Oversees the activities of other workers.

- Ensures that a company or department is on track to meet its financial goals.

- Reports to other executives or to the owner directly.

- Directs team or group leaders.

- Should identify customers, understand the problem, trying to solve, select a business model type to determine how clients will buy product, and determine the ways your company will make money.

- Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization. Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

- Manages and prepares the consolidation and reporting of the entire organization during the annual budgeting process. Works closely with finance team and departmental management to develop meaningful organizational financial plans, budgets and forecasts which are aligned to strategic/business objectives.

- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts. Ad-hoc business performance reporting. Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments. Preparing business plan for SBU's.

Required skills:

1. From big 4 - preferably from Due Diligence

2. Business Modelling

3. Presentation skills

4. Good understanding of financials and related analysis.

5. Exposure of S4 HANA (SAP), an added advantage
