Business Finance Lead - Branch Banking & Deposits

(Apply only if you have experience working with Indian Banks)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes of the Branch Banking and Deposits vertical.

- Develop financial models & scenario analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives, business opportunities, and potential risks in the business vertical.

- Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of the business vertical on the gap analysis of actual vs. planned

- Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports to provide insightful analysis of the business vertical's financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management

- Collaborate with the business team to understand and synthesize financial performance drivers and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Undertaking peer comparisons and industry standing with respect to business model and financials of the business vertical

Key Requirements :

- Professional certification, such as CA (chartered accountant) or MBA (Finance)

- Over 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or Business Finance team within the banking industry (experience in the Branch Banking and Deposits vertical will be preferred)

- Strong understanding of banking operations, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
