Business Finance Head - Steel Industry

Looking to hire for Business Finance Head for one of the leading manufacturing company in Steel Industry based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Customers' - Credit Control Policies, Credit Assessments, Credit Controls.

2. Ensure adherence to Credit Control Policies & business Processes, monthly cash flows as per timelines lead down by the Organization.

3. Provide appropriate risk weightages to different customers based on certain ratings mechanism.

4. Simplification, Workflow, automation & digitation of entire process of business finances, credit management, collections, customers facing processes (BG, LC, CF, RF, CN, DN, MARPA, CASH APP, Reco,) etc.

5. People management - nurture and create team capable of taking current & future challenges.

6. Continuously reduce credit risk by evaluating various innovative credit management products like credit Insurance, Channel Finance, LC, Factoring , BG etc.

7. Timely & robust Business Finance Analysis MIS

8. Value & Cost drives - Identify and drive optimization

9. Ensure robust internal controls system, compliances, Governance

10. Completion and market insights
