Big4 is hiring for Business Finance Head for Gurgaon Location.

1. Oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

2. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives and drive long-term growth.

3. Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

4.Manage the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.

5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining robust internal controls and risk management processes.

6. Drive cost optimization initiatives and efficiency improvements across the organization.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, providing financial expertise and guidance.

8. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

9. Oversee treasury and cash management activities, ensuring adequate liquidity and effective capital allocation.

10. Support merger and acquisition (M&A) activities, including due diligence, valuation, and integration processes.

11. Review of Bid PnL

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. BBA/ MBA with 10-20 years of experience in finance, with significant experience in the FMCG industry.

2. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.

3. Proven track record of leading financial operations and strategic financial planning in a complex, fast-paced environment.

4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.

5. Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
