Business Finance/Financial Planning & Analysis Role

- Chartered Accountant or MBA With Min 6 years of Post Qualification Experience in a Bank or an NBFC/HFC in Business Finance or Management Accounting role

- IC role for business planning and analysis function which includes creation of annual operating plan, performance reporting, Board and management reports, cost management and ensure the delivery of a professional, effective and responsive management information service to the business and senior management teams

Prominent responsibilities :

- Preparing forecasts and roll out on a monthly basis

- Analysis of business performance

- Developing Management reports and variance analysis (against financial performance metrics)

- Support strategy formulation by helping in evaluating the strategic initiatives from financial perspective

- Peer benchmarking and performance attribution on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis

- Evaluating Company's performance with the scorecard and its reporting

- Closely working on the quarterly performance update as part of CEO Board Presentation

- Ad-hoc analysis on various parameters/new projects covering strategic as well as operations parameters

- Actively identify and support initiatives (impacting organization) which help in controlling costs, increase in efficiency and are financially feasible

- Budgeting and tracking thereof

- Oversight on for Shareholders / Board / Region

- Function-wise Budgeting and helping function head manage their costs effectively by understanding of business variables impacting the costs

- Evaluating Business Unit/product/Circle/Branch performance on business and financial metrics

- Preparation of monthly P&L of the Company and drilling down to the Regions, branches
