Rural Bank Business Finance Controller

We currently are looking for suitable profiles for a Bank. The opening is for the role of Rural Bank Business Finance Controller at a senior designation to be based at Mumbai.

Principal Responsibilities :

- Finance partner for all strategy, planning & MIS needs for Rural Bank and support units

- Collaborate strongly with the business/ support units and provide them superior data / fact led analytical insights (business and external environment) that help them take critical business decisions.

- Development and management of financial plans and budgets for the identified business/support unit. Oversees continual process improvements related to budgeting procedures.

- Lead the conceptualization, development and implementation of MIS and management dashboards for the identified business unit

- Actively support CFO and new business activity wherever required

- Monitor with analysis of cost saving ideas and key performance indicators to prioritize initiatives that improve corporate performance and monitoring of targets.

- Responsible to maintain controls within the MIS framework to ensure compliance on the banks policies.

- Setting of performance benchmarks across all Rural Bank functions

- Actively partner is setting up benchmarks and product and policy frameworks.

- Monitor implementation of MIS processes and evaluated their effectiveness.

Required Skills and experience :

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize insights from data

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with expertise in Microsoft office tools - Excel, word and powerpoint

- VB Skills required along with Excel skills
