Business Controller:

- Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, credit management, taxation, treasury and internal controls for the Division

- Managing the Division of working capital through engagement with Accounts Leader, Project Manager and externally with the clients

- Ascertaining regular governance meetings to lead in the review of divisional finance / business performance highlight issues, recognize, recommend and manage corrective actions. Providing financial information to stakeholders as required

- Being responsible for production and interpretation of monthly management accounts for the Division, driving financial performance by monitoring and improving project profitability, staff utilisation, overheads, and working capital management.

- Assisting in the review / support of proposals / bids, actively engage in monthly project control meetings for major and high risk / complex projects in the Division.

- Supporting Divisional Manager with preparation and evaluation of business plans and project proposals. Assessment of the financial aspects of contracts to facilitate invoicing and payments and to identify grounds for additional fees.

- Assisting in building annual budgets and forecasts at country level, and consolidation to regional level.

- Training divisional staff in the maintenance of the project control system and financials, to enable them to understand and interpret financial information, ensuring accurate project budgeting / revenue recognition.

Qualification And Experience :

1. CA with 2-3 Yrs of Exp. in business controlling / FP&A / business finance with a Medium/ Large Org. Engages project leadership to achieve financial & business goals; work closely with them to meet financial goals & supports financially sound decision making.

2. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills

3. Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills

4. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

5. Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

6. Able to work independently and take initiative

7. Able to adapt to changing priorities

8. Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines

9. Detail-oriented

10. A team player

11. Strong work ethic
