Business Finance Analyst - Staffing Firm - CA

Responsibilities:

- The candidate will be responsible for Financial analysis to support business decision-making

- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

- Generate regular financial reports for internal stakeholders

- Collect financial data from various sources

- Contribute to the development of financial plans and strategies

- Identify and assess financial risks

- Work closely with cross functional teams, including accounting, operations and management

- Communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders

- MIS reporting, Streamlining execution in Business Finance

Qualifications:

- Qualified CA with 3 + Years of post qualification experience in Business Finance

- Should have good knowledge of Excel and other accounting softwares

- Should have the understanding of the MIS

- Good exposure in Financial Planning, Budgeting, forecasting, Financial Modelling

- Good to have exposure in Audit and Taxation

- Should be a team player
