Business Finance & Analysis Role

Qualifications - ( Grade- Manager / Sr Manager - CTC- 15 Lacs )

Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA with 3-4 years of work experience, preferably from the BFSI sector.

Brief Profile :

- Identify and pursue actionable opportunities to improve the financial performance of the business

- Provide analysis to Functional Execs that enables strategic decision making for their function

- Partner business in various adhoc analysis to drive decision-making

- Cost optimization and prevention of revenue leakages

- Create and enhance the annual and rolling budget

- Detailed P&L variance analysis on monthly basis

- Competitor benchmarking and market trends analysis

- Monitoring of Key Performance Metrics for the business unit verticals and support functions on a monthly / daily basis.

Additional Information :

- Good to Advanced' Excel & MS power point knowledge is a MUST

- Financial Modelling skills will be a plus

- Strong communication and presentation skills
