Business FC&A - CA/ICWA - Telecom

Key Accountabilities:

- Development of organization's operations in the state in line with the business plans and ensuring that guidelines established by the centralized FC&A function with respect to accounting, control and reporting are adhered

- Review of consolidated revenue and expense plans and variance analysis

- Channel partner commission management

- State level revenue accounting responsibilities including monitoring of daily revenue (plan vs. actual) at state level, subscriber reconciliation between billing and switch and validation of billing error adjustments, Validation of forfeiture revenue (pre-paid)

- Validation of bi-directional (Incoming and outgoing) interconnect usage validation with other operators

- Inventory monitoring & control

- Validation of Payments to CSD Partners & for Marketing collaterals.

- Managing money flow for all business activities of state

- Analysis and monitoring of product / scheme profitability

- Reconciliation of customer security deposit and debtor reconciliation (post-paid)

Educational Qualifications:

Include Additional Certification

- CA/ICWA/MBA Finance

Relevant Experience:

Type of roles (and duration) which an individual ideally should have done in his/her prior experience to be detailed Necessary

- 6- 12 years of FC&A experience

Desirable

- 5 years of experience in Telecom sector
