The purpose of this position is :
- Drive new initiatives to meet customer needs
- Align to the organizations goals and drive change within
- Drive transformation & Project management
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer orientation / ability to understand customer needs and create process improvement
- Ability to deliver projects with desired quality, on time and within budget
- Lead and / or support process improvement teams across a variety of groups
- Interact with stakeholders so as to be able to influence improvement objectives
- Take thought through initiatives and draw proper roadmap with end state in mind
- Identify metrics that needs to be monitored rigorously so as to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive reduction in variability / defects in critical business processes
- Have a flair to identify opportunities, not just the bigger ones but also small improvements creating large impacts
- Be a key participant in initiatives that are aligned to strategic projects
- Bring in new technologies keeping intact risk mitigation measures
- Ability to come up with short term solutions to bring immediate impact whilst the proposed long term solution is underway
