Business Excellence

- Identify opportunity of improvement in operation

- Productivity improvement and loss identifications.

- Improvement on non-value-added activities

- Cost saving proposals identification and jointly take up with R&D and process Eng.

- Training and development with respect to lean operation management.

- Six sigma philosophy implementations.

- Process development and improvements.

- RCA for losses in production.

- Brain storming and problem solving philosophy

- 100% implementation

- Process Safety Strategy

- Management and Review

- Understand the process safety standards and draft out and implement the overall Process safety Policy

- Design and implement Process safety matrices and dashboard for management review.

- Budget Process Safety improvements and get the same approved

- Monitor Process safety action plans and review the same.

- Review Annual Strategy implementation and take corrective action

- 100 % compliance to EHS and Process Safety action plan

Training and culture building :

- Ensure Business Excellence training of Plant Managers & plant operators while dealing with hazardous chemicals to maximise thru put

- Have safety training need and effectiveness measure in place

- % reduction in Process thru Process Excellence & improvement in thruput

4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications :

- Engineering Graduate with Certification in LEAN/Six Sigma BlackBelt

Functional/Behavioral/Leadership Skills

- Sound understanding of the processes of the chemical production process

- Strong systems and process orientation

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster good relations with the team to ensure data collection & Implementation of LEAN /Six Sigma technics

- Strong knowledge & implementation skills of Process Safety Management.

- Ability to drive results, driving change, business understanding and teamwork.

- Has the ability to act as Change Agent

- Ability to influence positively.

- High communication and persuasion skills with assertiveness

- Direct experience developing and implementing waste (Time /Energy /Process) minimization plans and programs.

- Problem solving skills utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma tools

- Ability to motivate cross functional teams
