Business Excellence & Quality/Transformation

Job Profile:

- The role is accountable for supporting the management of Quality and Business Excellence Initiatives.

- Facilitate the design, deployment and review of business processes as per business requirements and organizational directives applying improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean etc.

- Responsible for mapping the processes in the BPM tool, improvement projects, building process knowledge and reporting analytics.

- Facilitate business processes design and BPM tool configuration

- Enable the roll-out and deployment of designed processes

- Support capacity building on process knowledge and business excellence competency,

- Identify and gather functional inputs on changing business needs to ensure continual updation of processes

- Facilitate rigor of process reviews through close-looping action areas

- Support analytics on process performance, service levels, gaps; and provide insights for improvement

- Facilitate green belt / lean improvement projects

- Looking for a Six sigma green belt certified or a Lean professional

Certified auditor for at least one of the quality Standard (TL 9000/ISO/18000/27000)
