Our client, a leading player in the building materials sector, is seeking an experienced Business Excellence Consultant to drive strategic improvements and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business operations, process optimisation, and data analysis, with a strong focus on generating actionable insights to support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimisation: Analyse and improve processes within various business functions to maximise productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Utilise data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement, developing strategies to address key challenges.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and ensure alignment with business goals, using data insights to guide decision-making.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and provide regular updates on business excellence efforts.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Assess potential risks impacting performance and develop contingency plans to address them.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business excellence, process improvement, and data analysis within a similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with senior leadership.
This is a 6-month on-site contractual position in Kolkata, with potential for extension or transition to a permanent role based on performance.
