Business Engagement Manager:
Based on the digitization charter defined for the business function engage closely with business on Key Digital Transformation programs by understanding the Business requirements, Identification and selection of appropriate digital solutions, lead and deliver multiple digitization projects; manage the key program stakeholder expectations and ensure adoption and benefit realization of Digitization projects of HR function with the objective of creating world-class digital solutions that are aligned with improving business metrics.
- Aware of HR systems, Vendor management, Digital Transformation for HR domain. Should have deployed IT tools and Technologies for HR function. Should be hands on or understand the HR process and Levels in HR function.
Education:
MBA from IIM's + B.Tech from IIT or Equal(Mandatory)
Experience:
10 to 14 Year
Skills Required:
Knowledge: of Process frameworks, Project Management tools & techniques, Business KPIs monitoring,
Behavioral skills: Communication, Analytical, Presentation, Inter-personal, Influencing, Attention to detail
