Profile -Business Engagement Lead Customer and Commercial Analytics
Location-Hyderabad Work from Office
Experience -8 to 10 years' Experience working on Customer analytics, Marketing mix models, promotional effectiveness measurement, design of experiments, A/B test, next best action, messaging effectiveness etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing cross-channel marketing performance to come up with conversion optimization strategies, with the aim of improving efficiency in the digital/ traditional marketing and increasing ROI.
- Benchmarking performance across all channels and advising on KPIs based on performance analysis.
- Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
- Spotting opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.
- Leverage advanced data analytics to address the business needs and create business impact.
- Design business intelligence/data science solutions in collaboration with technology architects to address this need.
- Develop in-house analytics knowledgebase for faster, better problem solving and horizontal scale out into other markets/functions of need.
Domain Knowledge:
1. Excellent Functional knowledge of Sales and Marketing in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, E-commerce domain
2. Exposure of CRM, CLM and KOL processes and solutions will be an added advantage
Digital Marketing Expertise:
1. Experience in digital marketing with expertise in Email, Search (SEO & PPC), CRM, paid social (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest), Display, Affiliates
2. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Social Media Analytics etc.)
3. Ability to define ROI metrics for brand campaigns as per campaign objectives.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience working on Customer analytics, Marketing mix models, promotional effectiveness measurement, design of experiments, A/B test, next best action, messaging effectiveness etc. (Customer segmentation, profiling, brand performance analytics, promo/campaign planning and effectiveness tracking etc.)
- Strong affiliation to quantitative methods and data analysis to deliver business insights.
- Exposure to visual analytics (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Spotfire etc.), advanced analytics application (R, SAS, Python etc.) and data mining/ML analytics techniques a big plus
- Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
- Knowledge in Project management background and familiar with PMI project methodologies and SDLC
