Business Doctors - Associate/Senior Associate - Finance - CA

Job Description

The candidate would be required to:

- Work with the MD and team to drive the overall strategy of portfolio companies

- Act as a part of MD's office and a custodian for corporate initiatives

- Develop an understanding of the business and industry of portfolio companies

- Help in implementation of strategies across product, marketing, team building, operations and financial management

- Prepare business model and corporate presentations

- Participate in M&A and fundraising activities of portfolio companies

- Contribute to team building and training of portfolio companies

- Assist Managing Partner in Business Development related activities

- Continuously monitor the performance of portfolio companies

- Build and train the support team

Qualification : CA / Semi Qualified CA
