Core Function:
1. Lead and develop the business strategy for organisation from a short, medium and long term plan
2. Understand clients, brands, business & scope of work with integrated teams to provide business enhancing consulting solutions
3. Spearhead new channels of growing the business organically and inorganically through geographical and other alliances as needed.
4. Ideate with the teams on the projects, discuss briefs, and generate an atmosphere that brings out the best in the teams.
5. Develop review and report on the BD decisions strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by team.
6. Build, lead and develop team by identifying training needs. Invest time and effort with teams.
7. Address client satisfaction, escalation issues & devise client satisfaction mechanism
8. Scope of work negotiations with the client
9. Responsible for client reviews
10. Lead the team of middle level & executives; providing on the job training; helping second line teams to devise tools to perform projects in timely & effective manner.
11. Team development and cooperate with HR department for sourcing new sources.
12. Ensure that the leadership team is updated regularly on Client`s business
13. Create an environment of high performance & passion in the team
14. Resource rationalization to maximize business unit output & profitability
15. Leveraging internal partners to drive quality and effectiveness of business
16. Forecasting revenue with Finance team
17. Monthly forecast & update to report to the management team
18. Relationship development with client
19. Meeting Business Targets and financial numbers by New business development
