Job Purpose

Key areas of responsibility

Business Development (70-80% of the role)

- Generating revenue for the organization by designing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy

- New Client Acquisition, Revenue Generation, Advertising ,Promotion & Brand Building Activities

- Relationship Building with Marketing Agencies, OOH asset cos,Clients

- Responsible for understanding client goals and agency deliverables.

- Responsible for contributing ideas to grow the clients business.

- Pro actively providing the clients marketing plans with the greatest amount of value-ad.

- Identifies incremental business opportunities.

Client Servicing (20-30%)

- Overlook client, vendor and team interactions.

- Day-to-day liaison with clients on Campaign updates / optimization / delivery.

- Oversee management of Ad campaigns. Monitor progress of campaigns

- Perform account/campaign hygiene & performance checks.

- Responsible for shaping and managing the profitability of agency clients.

Skill-set required

- Very Aggressive and Target Oriented

- Knows the OOH Trade with strong Prior Experience and execution of campaigns

- Excellent Communication, Negotiating, Persuasion, Presentation Skills

Compensation - 9,00,000 pa to12,00,000 pa
