Role Description:

- This role ensures that US Regional Operating Strategy is aligned with the Business Operating Strategy & shall be fully integrated and supportive of Business goals.

- As part of Business Delivery Team effectively coordinate, and ensure that all supply planning elements are considered and fully integrated for both USA subsidiary and Partnered products.

- Co-ordinate with corporate project management for the introduction of new products, and all new initiatives so that the Business Delivery function is a sustainable competitive advantage through its reliability, agility, and cost effectiveness.

- Customer Interface: Effective and quick responsiveness as a single point of contact for the customers of zone North America for all supply related queries.

Specifications:

- Directly reporting to the North America- BD Head

The Successful Applicant should have:

- 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning/Operations planning functions in Pharma industry with significant experience in multi-tasking/cross functional collaboration and hands on work with SAP R/3 and

- Microsoft Excel, and Good knowledge MS Office tools.

- MBA & (Btech/BE or Science graduate)

- Relevant expertise in Pharmaceutical Industry will be preferred.

- US exposure on the BD side will be preferred.

- Experience of working with organization of similar size (Revenue/Geographic breadth)/Product portfolio.

- Understanding of regulated markets, best practices in Industry and basic cGMP requirements.

- Experience of working with geographically dispersed teams and achieving deliverable's through collaborative means
