Role Description:
- Full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist AR/VR.
- Play a pivotal role in driving the growth & expansion of our AR/VR, Deep Tech & AI solutions across industries.
- Expertise in BD, Market Analysis, and CRM, need to identify strategic opportunities, partnerships, & lead the development of customised solutions that address the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and connect with potential clients, including ERP businesses, Government agencies, and educational institutions to understand their challenges and propose tailored AR/VR.
- Market Analysis - Deep market research required to identify current trends, potential clients, & competitive landscape within the XR/AR/VR Deep tech industries.
- Analyse market data & customer feedback to develop strategic development plans thatcapitalise on the growth opportunities to drive revenue.
- CRM -Cultivate & maintain powerful relationships with existing clients to get their evolving needs and make sure high levels of satisfaction with our solutions.
- Sales Pipeline - Managing end-to-end sales, from lead generation, qualification to contract negotiation finally closure, make sure the alignment with revenue targets & business objectives. Clear Utilization of CRM tools to track sales activities, monitoring pipeline progress, and generate accurate sales forecasts towards our senior management.
- Partnership - Collaborate with current technology partners, industry associations, and other stakeholders to find potential collaboration opportunities to expand our reach within targets. Negotiate skill and establishing the strategic partnerships and alliances will enhance our product offerings, distribution channels, and market presence.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling digital learning solutions or related products/services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mind-set and Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the learning and development industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
