Key Responsibilities:.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and opportunities for growth.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations.

Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align business development activities with company goals.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Prepare regular reports on BD activities and market trends.

Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and market insights to inform business development and improve service offering.

Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor's activities and market trends to identify new opportunities and threats.

Skills:.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- LinkedIn Marketing.

- Email Drafting.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications: BBA, B.

COM, MBA in Marketing and Finance or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
