Business Development - Search Firm

We are looking in for Business Development professionals for our organisation.

- Carrying out the research on prospective clients through various sources;

- Continued development and clear understanding of our target clients business and Catapults process to identify opportunities and provide input for ongoing improvements to the service offerings;

- Gathering and collating the information and use it as a tool to achieve the business objective;

- Assist for new client acquisition while maintaining relations with existing ones;

- Interacting with the people of high management cadre;

- Support the effective amalgamation of new clients onto the current platform and new services development efforts to meet organizations strategic business initiatives;

- Provide support to sales, client & delivery team as and when needed;

- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client and the personnel;

- Provide new and innovative alternative solutions to system and business process challenges;

- Keep informed of general business/economic developments and understand their impact on the organisation and client.

- Demonstrate resourcefulness and manage time effectively.
