Our Client is working to set an industry standard for finance education. A senior IIM alumni startup, It offers India's largest range of e-learning and certifications in Banking & Financial Services (BFS). They have marquee relationships: co-branding with the NSE for 3 certifications; an Education Partnership with Infosys’ Finacle – the core banking platform used by over 140 banks across 73 countries.
They are based mainly out of Mysore & have recently opened a Sales Office in Mumbai.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You're bored with the daily corporate grind!!! You want to constantly innovate, and see your ideas take root and grow – rather than being a small cog in a very large wheel!!
Business Development is critical: It includes both B2C and B2B audiences. The roles in BD are below:
- Functional Area- Business Development – B2B To Banks; FIs, IT, KPO, Corporates
- Ability to understand the business& provide solutions. Manage corporate relationships.
- Prior Exp-BFS comfort is essential; BD w/exp preferred.
DESIRED BACKGROUND:
- For BD role, the ability to ideate, take responsibility and persistence, are critical!
- You must ideally be a premier B School alumnus, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as described above, and keen interest in a startup.
- It’s your chance to participate in growing a startup to a respected organization. That’s both difficult and exhilarating – and takes time!
- If based out of Mumbai, you’ll pretty much be setting up the organization from scratch, along with a core team member.
- MBA/PGDM from a premium B-School.
- Exp in BD / Sales domain with BFSI/ KPO's, Corporates, IT clients.
- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels
MONEY: Salary - not a constraint for right candidate and is better than the market.
- Bread (Fixed): decent and immediate
- Butter (Variable): creamy, based on performance.
- Jam: Via ESOPs and you’ll have the long term (4 year) vision to see it.
Location : Mysore/Mumbai
