Job Descriptions :
- This individual will be required to target companies in software product companies. He/She will be selling Outsourced Product Engineering Services, Application Development, Application Management and Testing services to Independent Software Vendors (ISVs/software product companies).
- He/she will be leading inside sales and well supported by marketing and engineering teams.
- The successful candidate will be a proven sales leader with exceptional relationship development skills coupled with a history of consistent quota achievement selling complex solutions within a highly competitive environment.
- Experience of selling such services in a Global delivery model offshoring as a desirable qualification.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsibilities include working with the India Inside sales teams to identify opportunities, developing sales strategy, positioning India solutions to prospects and closure of such opportunities
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails, and inbound lead follow-up
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research leads, identify relevant players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Coordinate with effective demos and technical discussions with prospects
- Supervise team in accordance with company policies and objectives
- Monitor team productivity and motivate team to reach goals
- Report to management on sales metrics, opportunities and threats
- Ensure the sales pipeline is adequately populated with qualified leads and prospects
- Suggest improvement to sales process and collateral. Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
OTHER ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED :
- 8+ years of overall experience with 4+ years of relevant sales experience working with companies in the target market
- Familiarity with application development life cycles
- Experience in conceptualizing and defining the target market
- Ability to position the services offered by Client to such target
- Good understanding of the Onsite/Offshore Delivery Model
- Good network of contacts with target markets at a senior decision maker level
- Knowledgeable of products and services relating to the target market
- Excellent pipelining / forecasting / resource management / account management skills, effective communication and presentation skills
Salary range : 10 - 15 LPA
