Sales Business Development
Job Description:
- Person should have exposure of dealing Corporate planner and office of target companies mainly in Oil and gas and Chemical sector, PMC engineering team, investor planner, EPC tender team & off course relation to top management of all units.
- Having detail update for customer insight for future investment planning.
- Person should have back ground for similar activity of customer relation manager role in oil & gas and process industries.
- Person should have exposure & vision for future development & operation handling & also capable to liasoning with various corporate, PSU, EPC,PMC etc.
- Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target.
- Responsible for all CPI related activities including Business Development, New Product development and operations.
- Will be first-in-line of CPI BU.
Responsibility and Authority:
- Planning and execution of all CPI related products & services, including TPI, FQA, Safety services, RBI, PED.
- Helping commercial team to make budget and costing of all related project.
- Generating lead and help BD team for order booking.
- Account receivables / collection.
- Team development and skill enhancement.
- New product development.
- Support tender team for market update / technical write up / costing to win project.
- Establish company name into customer book prior to project announcement.
- Establish & maintain relation with customer during & after project progress.
- For any technical input he can be access to all working level manager.
- Authorized to take call for pricing commitment with respect to business unit sales planning.
- Person should be capable to handle 100 Cr sales & planning/ large team size and business.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate Engineering/M-Tech- Preferably MBA having 10+ years' experience from PSU/EPC/PMC/TPI/TIC.
- Person should be working exposure like EIL, Mecon, PDIL, ONGC, IOCL,BPCL, HPCL, Mott, L&T at senior level.
