Job Description

- Source wholesale lending deals with a minimum ticket size of 50 crores.

- Offer Structured lending through Debt & Equity instruments to developers.

- Develop and grow the relationship with developers to identify quality deals in the market.

Desired Candidate Skills

- Graduation/Post Graduation having 10-12 years of experience in the desired profile.

- Must have sourced deals between 50-300 crores ticket size

- Have strong connects in Bangalore & the South market

- Good Logical and Analytical skills

- Pleasing personality

- Strong Communication skills

- Good Negotiation skills

- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
