Business Development Role - Land Sourcing - Real Estate

- Scout for sourcing land parcels in Pune micro market and create a healthy pipeline of deals for evaluation.

- Prepare preliminary feasibility and prepare 1st level deal evaluation for preliminary deal feasibility.

- Candidate should create, increase and manage channel partner / broker / IPC network to ensure the healthy numbers and quality deals flow is maintained.

- 5-10 years of experience in deal sourcing across Pune market

- Candidates should have basic understanding of regulatory norms and should be able to understand FSI norms.
