- Prospect and acquire brands for the platform by closing deals with the best brands across the country
- Understanding the brand proposition, negotiating with brands on commercial agreements and setting proper expectations
- Hands on business development, brand/retailer onboarding and account management
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new brands on to the platform and working with various stakeholders inside and outside for quick turnaround
- Building strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organisation to strengthen relationships, successfully execute initiatives and drive growth
- Identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organisation; expanding the product and brand portfolio
- Maintaining a broad understanding of the brand's P&L, revenue targets and gross margins and using it for better decision-making
- Actively work on building the team, its capabilities and position
- Working with communications teams and partnerships teams to create a strong pipeline
