Job Description :
Business Development Vertical Lead :
- As a business vertical owner drive the vertical KPIs
- Partnerships
- Distribution KPIs
- Monetisation
- Quarterly and annual planning exercise
- Hiring and building a great team
Vertical : Skills and Education (Employment)
Research and Scoping :
- Assist internal stakeholders with engaged research with market participants
- Bring market intelligence to bear with product and solutions in discussions
- Bring any new related business opportunities through market interactions
People :
- Mentor and groom other team members
- Create a performance oriented and open environment in the team
- Be a business team voice in the internal forums
You will be a great match if you :
- 8+ years of experience, with significant experience in early stage go-to-market journey for a B2B/B2C /B2B2C product
- Business P&L ownership, partnerships or customer growth experience
- Experience of handling teams
- Analytical and problem solving attitude, bias for action and experiments, and a proven track record of business outcomes
