Business Development Role - Insurance

Urgent hiring for leading Insurance client for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT role for Delhi/Mumbai/kolkata/Bangalore

Profile : Business Development

Experience : 5+ Years

Locations : Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore/Kolkata

Must have : Prior experience in general insurance/broking firm and client acquisition

Responsibilities:

- Client acquisition

- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

- New business acquisition and maintain existing business

- Experience in corporate/direct sales

- Strong understanding of the insurance market landscape, including competitors and regulatory requirements

- Certifications such as IRDAI, III, and CII will be preferred

- Excellent knowledge of insurance products, especially Non-Life /Non Motor insurance such as Group Health, Property, Marine, etc.

- Prior experience in managing a sales and broker network and a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
