- Monitor all existing and prospective markets in Europe and assist to identify appropriate business opportunities.

- Work along with technical team for project management that includes RFQ to Serialization.

- Develop existing customers with product extension.

- Administer all export of goods and manage all communication with export authorities as deemed necessary.

- Manage sales shipments of all export products and collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast all requirements.

- Oversee warehouse operations / logistics from India, pre shipment & post shipment documents, CHA (Customer House Agent), Freight forwarders, shipping liners, etc.

- Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for all orders and payments.

- Maintain cordial relationships with all agents and clients and assist in shipment of warehouse products.

- Customer relationship management.

- Manage all banking logistics for export activities and prepare required documents and ensure adherence to all shipping schedule.
