Roles and Responsibilities :

- Will work to achieve an annual targeted sales level

- Business Development of outsourcing/BPO/IT consulting to top-notch MNCs and government agencies

Key Responsibilities :

- Experience of managing business development for consulting projects for Outsourcing/BPO/IT.

- Be part of the Business Development team, focused on the Strategy and Transformation Management within the Government and Public sector.

- Drive the business development process on clients/accounts - right from opportunity identification to commercial discussions. Develop opportunity pipeline and support the solution team in opportunity qualification.

- Manage strategy development and execution, as well as managing the national transformation agenda.

- Manage and participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

- Delivery consulting services, including strategy development, contract evaluation, and process management.

Desired Profile:

- MBA and Engineers from the top-ranked institute with at least 6+ years post-MBA Business Development experience in BPO/outsourcing/IT consulting for MNC clients/Government/international agencies

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.

- Very strong in Business development skills of consulting projects required.

- Proven leadership skills, with strong team-oriented interpersonal skills,

- Experience dealing with large, complex portfolios and organizations.
