SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLE

- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Commercially savvy: understands targets, revenue and margins, and can integrate these into actionable steps with end to end ownership.
Responsibilities :
- Establish, initiate and build direct contacts with potential new and existing customers across BFSI Domain
- Domain knowledge & experience
- Determine customer business requirements and accordingly proposing product / solution offerings
- Lead and coordinate RFx's Proposal Presentations and Negotiations
- To sell solution offering, partner products to target customers
- Business development activities in Enterprise & Infrastructure Solution Offerings
- To meet or exceed sales targets through new business development
- Act as a company representative at seminars, trade shows, events and conferences in the region.
- Accurate & timely reporting to leadership on progress, activities and planning.
Qualifications & Compensation
- Engineering degree , additionally MBA will be a plus
- 10+ years of experience, with minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience in a Systems Integrator company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
