DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Achievement of TARGET Revenue, FTE, and SALES PROCESS ACTIVITY in accordance with performance appraisal deliverable's.
- Oversee local new business activities- ENSURING DELIVERABLE S, VALUE ADDS
- Seek out new business opportunities and market segments in India.
- Work with other business lines to promote cross-sell.
- Work with the IFM operations teams to ensure the smooth transition of the new appointments.
- Achieve the objectives contained in the Individual Performance Management Plan for the position.(SALES PROCESS)
- This role requires significant liaison with Operations and Commercial Teams in India.
New Business Strategy -
- Determine the target market segments in conjunction with the HOD Business HEAD.
- Contribute to and support the India Business Plan.
- Work with the CENTRAL BID Business Development on pricing strategies.
- Actively Research and observe competitor activity
Financial Accountability -
- Contribute to the quarterly forecasting sessions.
- Meet the agreed new business targets (as per SALES PROCESS ACT) by supporting new business activities in India.
- Identify for cross selling opportunities for other business lines.
New Business Development -
- Formulate proposals, presentation materials and responses for RFPs.
- Cold call or network with new clients in target market segments.
- Meet - Meetings and Proposals - quantity for weekly, monthly, yearly
SKILLS -
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Good presentation skills
- Good understanding of financials
- Self motivated, Passionate, Strong, Positive,
- Organised, Hands-on.
