Responsibility :
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and opportunities in the automotive industry. This includes understanding customer needs, preferences, and the competitive landscape.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, dealerships, distributors, or partners who can help grow the business. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work with marketing teams to create promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Market Expansion: Explore new markets and regions for business expansion. This may involve analyzing market potential, conducting feasibility studies, and developing market entry strategies.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and concerns. Use this information to make improvements in products or services and to enhance the customer experience.
- Financial Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data and financial performance. Make data-driven decisions to optimize business development strategies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as product development, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales and business development activities, including progress toward goals, market trends, and potential risks.
- Compliance: Ensure that all business development activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging opportunities in the automotive sector.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges and obstacles that may arise during the business development process, and find creative solutions to overcome them.
