Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and reach out to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.

- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to share best practices, develop winning sales strategies, and contribute to achieving team goals.

- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering long-term relationships.

- Prepare compelling sales proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of your offerings.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to adapt your approach and maintain a competitive edge.

- Participate actively in sales meetings, contribute to strategic discussions, and support the team in achieving overall objectives.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduation or postgraduation in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Demonstrated passion for sales and account management, with a strong desire to build a successful career in the field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, connect with clients effectively, and deliver clear and concise presentations.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to confidently present product offerings and navigate sales conversations.

- Client-focused approach with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, demonstrating initiative, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

- Basic understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and best practices for lead generation and conversion.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software to manage client data and track sales opportunities.

- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and build trust.
