Job Description:
As Sales/ Business Development Representative you will be working closely with management to identify new opportunities, reach out to potential customers via email and LinkedIn, conduct discovery and demo calls.
What you will do:
- Working with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns
- Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
- Preparing and delivering presentations/demos and connecting in a professional way to USA tech buyers
- Rolling out weekly newsletters, email and drip campaigns
- Making outbound calls to drive monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Assessing competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends
- Handling all incoming customer queries on our live chat
- Getting customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Meeting quarterly goals & sales target
What you need to have:
- 2-4 years of industry experience into selling IT/SaaS products and concepts
- Prior experience working with "C" & "D" level executives
- Excitement to sell brand-new technology products
- Proficiency in English & sensitive of US culture
- Consistent track record of documenting, synthesizing, and communicating results
- Being a team player who can take responsibility for anything from fixing the office internet to making a sales pitch to the CEO of a company
- Eagerness to learn
