Responsibilities :
- Proactively prospect and identify high-potential leads through various channels, including industry networking, cold calling, and digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and address client pain points.
- Qualify leads through effective communication strategies and meticulous follow-up to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage your assigned sales pipeline with proficiency and track KPIs to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the development and execution of strategic B2B sales initiatives.
- Leverage CRM and other sales tools to efficiently manage your workload, track progress, and generate insightful reports.
Qualifications :
- 0-5 years of experience in B2B sales or a related field (prior sales experience is a plus, but exceptional candidates with a strong academic background will be considered).
- Proven success in lead generation and B2B new business development activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a drive to exceed goals.
- Proficiency in a leading CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a strong plus. Willingness to learn quickly is essential.
- A degree from a prestigious institute and a strong academic background are highly desirable.
