Business Development and Marketing - Law firm - 3-6 years - Mumbai
ROLE: Work with the Head of Marketing and BD to develop, execute and support the firm's business development and marketing programs.
Brand Management: Ensuring brand consistency and cohesiveness across all forms of communications and materials (stationery, social media posts, website, brochures, presentations, bios, profiles, proposals/ pitches, publications, event materials)
Communications:- Press and media relationship management
- Drafting press releases and announcements
- Managing submissions for legal directory rankings and awards
- Assisting with client communications and newsletters
- Social media management
- Internal communications
- Seasonal ecards
Business Development Support:- Supporting the firm with its business development initiatives such as events; trips; pitches, and proposals and empanelment.
- Maintaining relationships with networking associations and organizations.
Department Processes and Administration:- Data collection, coordination and maintenance of information (mailing lists, client lists, PR lists, deals/ cases). Maintenance of standard documents (profiles, credential statements, biographies)
- Maintaining trackers and reports (publications, social media, events, deals/cases, awards and rankings, expenses, participation, sponsorships)
- Vendor coordination (website, printer, graphic designer)
- Process setting for internal data collection and reporting for seamless marketing and business development administration (reminders/ follow-ups, standard formats, approvals)
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives of the firm
Work will involve:- Coordinating with various stakeholders and employees
- Follow-ups and reminders
- Maintaining trackers
- Formatting documents
- Setting up meetings/ calls
