Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with US-based clients, prime vendors, and Tier 1 vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their staffing needs and providing ongoing support.
- Proactively identify and understand client business needs, challenges, and staffing requirements.
- Develop and present tailored staffing solutions that meet client objectives.
Business Development:
- Generate new leads and secure new client accounts through strategic cold calling, networking, and other business development activities.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirement Management:
- Obtain detailed job requirements from clients, including technical skills, experience levels, and project timelines.
- Thoroughly understand client needs and translate them into actionable staffing plans.
- Prioritize and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and accurate candidate sourcing.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Understand the requirements and clients needs, and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure that candidates presented meet the technical and cultural fit requirements of the client.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, requirements, and placements.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including recruitment and management.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
