Business Development Manager - US Healthcare

Key Result Areas: -

- Build and lead the team. (Existing 3 team members)

- Identify new business and partnering opportunities.

- Obtain business information and procurement leads.

- Develop and populate database of potential hospitals, providers & clinics. This should include a network of contacts and development strategies for each respective source.

- Take the lead in proposal writing and prepare RFI / RFP.

- Track deadlines and timelines & track the status of proposals after submission.

- Follow up on the post-proposal debriefing meetings to discuss processes & all pertinent issues.

- Working with Operations team lead to cross sell and improve revenue to existing accounts.

Candidate Must Have: -

- End-to-end understanding of provider value chain with an in-depth understanding of revenue cycle management functions (medical billing, accounts receivable, etc.)

- Minimum 5 years of experience of working with US healthcare companies.

- Should have well connected network in the healthcare industry.

- Excellent skills in research, negotiation, and must have superior verbal and written communication skills in English.

- In-depth knowledge of Business Strategies.

Work Timings: US Shift

Modus: 100% Work From Office

Work Location: Near Iffco Chowk Metro Station, Gurugram - Haryana.
